If you like working with a motivated team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making/alignment processes, open doors and clear goals, where pragmatic ideas and suggestions are heard and valued, we are looking for you!ResponsibilitiesAccounts receivable and accounts payable; bookkeeping and paymentDeposit and post cash daily (based on electronic bank statements)Review post monthly travel expense reportsPrepare travel expense reimbursement paymentsPrepare credit card payments, perform dunning and manage accounts receivablePerform VAT reporting to tax office and INTRASTAT reporting out of SAPAdministration of credit insurances and contact person for our credit insurerPerform fixed assets accountingReview and clear the clearing accounts in SAP (GR/IR accounts)Check monthly depreciation and foreign currency evaluationQuarterly intercompany reconciliations with related partiesSupply information on related matters as requested by the managing director or third partiesContact person for Finance/Controlling/Accounting in GermanyContact person for local MD team for payments, travel expenses, etc.Contact person for payroll accountants/tax advisors/auditors/local bankOversee cash availability and prepare cash forecastPreparation, analysis and commenting of the monthly working capital reportExecution of liquidity forecasts and evaluations for the company managementOngoing monitoring of external service providers (BPO/CPA)Quarterly analysis of the resultsAnnual closing: Assumption of certain tasks in consultation with the teamRequirementsEducation in AccountingMinimum 5 years of relevant working experience in AccountingVery good SAP FI skills. Having experience in SAP SD and MM will be a strong assetSafe handling of MS Office toolsNative level of Spanish and fluent level of technical EnglishKnowledge of German will be an advantageGood knowledge of tax, accounting, balance sheet and consolidationSoft SkillsHigh level of autonomy and sense of responsibilityPlanning OrganizationTeam playerStrong hands-on mentality, confident in dealing with external partners.Independent, structured way of working and a high degree of teamworkProcesses questioning, lateral thinkingWhat we offerWe will consider both freelance or employment contractsHybrid Fixed salary + bonus
