Purpose of the job

Reporting directly to the Manager of the Accounting Department, your main task will be to lead the month-end close process and carry out the specific daily advice of the clients.

Main responsibilities

• Making accounting entries in ERP: Payment and Collection Registration, Invoices, Depreciations, Payrolls, etc.
• Carrying out accounting closings.
• Analysis of cost and balance sheets.
• Preparation of Statutory Records and Annual Accounts.
• Tax preparation.
• Overall support in different tasks such as reporting, controlling and treasury monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Management and Administration (“ADE”) or related field.
• Accounting and Tax knowledge.
• Proven accounting experience (2+ years)
• Knowledge of SAGE or similar will be an advantage.
• Fluent level of English and other languages (German preferably).
• Proficient in working with MS Office (especially MS Excel).
