The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy. /ppbr/ppstrongYour Journey /strong /ppbr/pulliCustomers- issue invoices to customers, reconcile incoming payments and prepare weekly collection reports. /liliSuppliers- record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase orders. /liliPrepare payments suggestion form, initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly. /liliReconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts. /liliPrepare, Reconcile, and book monthly payroll. /liliPrepare statutory forms and reports. /liliPrepare periodic reports according to corporate guidelines and terms. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat do you bring to your trip /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting within the Spain market. /liliNetSuite software experience is a plus. /liliFluency in English and Spanish is required. /liliWillingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. /liliFlexible, resilient and adaptable to changes. /liliComfortable in a start-up environment. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPlease submitt your CV in English /strong /ppbr/ppstrongLife at Olala! /strong /pulliBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.
