Overview:The Accountant is supporting the EMEA Accounting Team, which is responsible for the US GAAP books supervision of EMEA Legal Entities and the preparation and delivery of the Statutory Books in compliance with local and corporate policies.The Accounting Team has a key role in the delivery of all controllership activities in relation to the Legal Entities including Financial Accounting, Reporting and Internal Controls and supports business and accounting teams in all accounting matters, being the center of expertise.YOU will be involved in the following tasks:Payroll AccountingReview of all payroll output, investigation and correction of errors and posting payroll data in the Finance systemmaintenance of payroll related accrualsPreparation of payroll account reconciliations in compliance with the Global Account Reconciliation PolicyAssist with restructuring programsSupport to Payroll related projectsProvide support to the Accounting Team, including analysis of balance sheet and income statements, preparation and filing of country specific Financial Statistics, Income Tax Accruals and paymentsProvide support for external and internal auditInteract with other finance and accounting personnel through the organizationWhat YOU will bring to the team:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/FinanceAccounting and financial reporting experience requiredExperience in US GAAPPrevious experience in Big4 or multinational companies is a plusBusiness proficiency in English is required.
