Accountancy Recruitment Senior Consultant

From Antal International, a British direct talent search agency, with a worldwide presence, we are looking for a senior consultant 360º Accountancy, to manage selection processes and Business Development, of our clients, in our offices in Barcelona.

Requirements:

• Graduate in accountancy or similar
• Consulting Experience in accountancy at least 1 year
• Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
• Good level of English
• Target and results orientation.
• Very good communications and people skills.

Its functions include:

• Direct search for candidates
• Publication of offers on the main job portals.
• Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews.
• Preparation of candidate reports.
• Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client.
