Company Description Green Home Finance is a pioneering financing platform focused on promoting residential solar PV solutions in Spain. Established by Perfecta Energía and Q-Impact in 2020, the platform has quickly grown to support hundreds of Spanish families transitioning to solar power. To support our growth, we are looking for a Loan Portfolio Senior Manager to take ownership of the performance, monitoring and optimisation of our solar loan portfolio. End-to-end management of the loan portfolio (performance, vintage analysis, delinquency, prepayments). Definition and monitoring of risk and profitability KPIs , including early-warning indicators. Support in warehouse facilities, forward flow transactions and ABS structures . Lead a team of 5 to optimize reporting and overall portfolio performance Background in fintech, consumer lending, ABS, project finance or banking . ~ Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel / financial models; SQL or Python is a plus). ~ Structured mindset, data-driven and strong sense of ownership. ~ Fluent in Spanish and English ~ Senior, entrepreneurial and international team.
