Multinational company in the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare/review financial statements, analyze large data sets, create budgets & forecasts, and present findings to leadership. Oversee daily ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow, and month/year-end close processes. Ensure adherence to PGC, manage tax filings, coordinate audits, and develop strong internal controls. Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback. Provide financial insights, analyze trends, and help make informed business decisions to optimize performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles (PGC/IFRS). Proficiency with accounting software (I.e. Ms Dynamics) Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in financial management or auditing, and team leadership.
