Accounting Manager

to lead our financial structure in Spain from our San Fernando de Henares (Madrid) offices.

The Impact You’ll Make Reporting to the Iberia Accounting Manager and coordinating closely with our

UK Headquarters

, your main responsibilities will include: Team Leadership:

Managing and motivating the accounting team, acting as their technical mentor. Tax & Accounting Cycle:

Overseeing monthly/annual closings and ensuring full tax compliance (VAT, CIT, SII, ETE). International Reporting:

Preparing financial statements and reporting to the Group under international standards (using Navision/Dynamics 365). Audit & Compliance:

Leading the relationship with external auditors and ensuring the filing of Annual Accounts. Continuous Improvement:

Actively collaborating on new ERP implementation and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For Education:

University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. Experience:

Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

. Languages:

English (B2+/C1) is a must. You need to be comfortable in technical meetings and daily reporting to the UK. Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Navision, Dynamics, or Hyperion). Soft Skills:

An autonomous, resilient problem-solver with a "people-first" leadership style.
