And to continue our growth, we are looking for a Social Media Account Supervisor who loves social media and digital strategy and creativity to be part of our team in Ogilvy Barcelona.
We are looking for a Social Media Account Supervisor to lead the full Social Media activity and content creation of one single client, full time. It is a very exciting client, we promise!
You will bring value to our clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. The trusted partner and point of contact for the client partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization. Highly organized and with the ability to do implementation, monitoring and constant improvement of the strategic and tactical plans:
content plan, calendars, influencers campaigns, etc. You will add value specially by interrogating every client brief and assignment with conviction and collaborate with/draw on the expertise of all Ogilvy’s capabilities.
Here’s what you’ll be doing.
- The key day-to-day project contact with clients, creative, content and strategic teams and other agency partners.
- Managing client objectives, expectations and timelines regarding all digital and social media activity and communicating changes/directions to internal team.
- Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing all social media content and digital campaigns with effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work
- Influencing the efficiency and quality of work and advocating for the agency/client relationship
- Developing and maintaining high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
- Implementation, monitoring and constant improvement of the strategic and tactical plans:
content plan, calendars, influencers campaigns, etc. - Work hand to hand with Social Media Creators and Creative Teams to achieve the goals of the projects.
- Hability to document, plan and synthesize the day a day activity in order to have a clear roadmap of actions abailable for all people involved in the project.
- Create, recognize, find and curate content that is valuable to the community and that follows the "editorial" line outlined in the strategy.
- Effectively presenting work and content from a delivery standpoint
- Owning social media project management/workflow thinking geared towards obtaining results for clients with content on multiple social media platforms.
- Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans
- Serving as a mentor/coach and/or direct manager to more junior team members and supporting the development of these team members
- Understanding & respecting every department’s role in delivering great work and building relationships
- Identify user needs and preferences.
- Give feedback on platform activity and review metrics with analysts and content strategist
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table
- 4-6 years of related, client facing industry experience managing delivery of great work
- Demonstrable knowledge of client and Agency operations and working knowledge of production capabilities
- Curious, a lifelong learner
- Proven negotiation skills and sense of anticipation and problem solving
- Demonstrated capability to get things done on budget and on time
- Strong internal relationships
- A good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly)
- Resilience
- Accountability and organization excellence and ability to work dynamically and in a team.
- Use of social networks:
TIK TOK is a must. Also, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, etc. - Interest in learning and developing in this environment.
- Languages:
native Spanish, advanced English and Catalan is a plus.
