Account Executive - Madrid

This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth, perfect for an ambitious candidate who is ready to make an impact in the HospitalityTech sector.

This is a hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days in their Madrid office per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle with a focus on creating long-term value
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs
  • Present and position the platform to a variety of senior stakeholders across international hospitality brands
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a mix of research, outreach, and market analysis
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive qualified leads through the pipeline
  • Take full ownership of pipeline development, focusing on both established segments and untapped areas of growth

The Successful Candidate

  • 2+ years’ experience in SaaS sales (full cycle)
  • New business experience is essential
  • Selling into the Hospitality sector is advantageous
  • Commutable to Madrid 2-3 days per week

Account Executive Package

  • Basic Salary: €40,000
  • OTE: +€20,000-25,000 (uncapped)
  • Pension options

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
